Change the time or date of an event

We are planning an event series for later in the year. What would be really useful is if the platform sent an email to registrants should the event time or date be changed. Is there any way of doing this? Or manually selecting registrants to send an email to?
Whilst we don’t intend to change the date or time, it’s also good to know that clients will be kept informed if we do need to do this. Has anyone got any experience of this?

Hi Maria, Informing registrants of a change in time/date can be done by using one of the emails on the platform. One of these emails can be scheduled at a self chosen time/date.
To my knowledge it isn’t possible to select separate registrants on the platform and sending them a mssg. If you find this - let me know :slight_smile:
